Cassandra SantiagoFront Desk Manager

Cassandra was raised in Florida and brings that Southern charm to our office. She greets all patients with kindness and a smile and makes everyone feel at home here. Cassandra has over a decade of work experience in the Dental Field. We are grateful to have her warm personality and years dental experience.

Cassandra loves shopping, family time, our Atlantic City Casinos and most of all her hound doggie Copper.

Nicole ParkesPatient Coordinator

Nicole Parkes is our front desk Patient Coordinator. She is typically the first line of contact with patients whether she is checking people in or managing the scheduling of appointments.

You can always count on a friendly reception as she deftly navigates the countless changes in scheduling with everyone’s busy lives.

Nicole brings a wealth of customer service experience which is really appreciated by our patients.

When Nicole is not at work she usually can be found chauffeuring around her two children to their various activities and if there is any time left she loves the beach, yoga and the gym.

Brandi KowalchynInsurance Coordinator

Brandi is our insurance coordinator. She brings a wealth of experience to our office with over thirty years in the dental field. Utilizing her unique expertise in insurance resolution and payment of claims, she keeps track of administration for our office keeping it running smoothly. Her primary goal is ensuring that insurance claims are properly processed so that our patients can keep their focus on dental care.

She is never too busy to help out and find the answer to any question. She has a knack for quickly resolving any insurance issues.

MatthewFront Desk Coordinator

Matthew comes from a musical background. He studied music locally and went on to receive his bachelors and masters degrees in music performance. He performs with many orchestras in NJ and Cleveland, Ohio.

He is presently coordinating our dental office staff in perfect harmony along with software management.

When he is in the office, feel free to say hi to him and he can answer any questions about the office or music.

Stephanie FerraroRegistered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Stephanie joined our team with a dedication and commitment to the dental health and well-being of every patient. She holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences in Dental Hygiene bringing a compassionate chairside manner and a desire to educate patients in maintaining a healthy mouth for life by providing excellent personalized care.

When Stephanie is not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends while having a great joy for the outdoors.

Nina RosarioRegistered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Nina is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with more than eighteen years in the dental field. She began her career as a Dental Assistant and worked her way through school to reach her goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist. She has worked in Pediatric, Periodontal, and General dental practices. Nina is kind, gentle and works hard to provide optimum care for our patients.

Outside the office she enjoys being a Jersey Shore girl! She loves the beach, biking, and spending time with her active little boys.

Anna BartonRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Anna holds the Number #2 license issued by the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Anna studied and worked together with Dr. Samuel Furman, former President of the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry, where she was taught the true meaning of “Excellence in Dentistry.”

She has over 40 years of experience as a registered dental assistant, and is passionate about dentistry. She loves sharing her knowledge and experience with her colleagues and patients in our office, she is an advocate for all dental assistants to join the ranks of licensed RDAs.

Gina MaidaDental Assistant (CDA), Assistant for TMJ Disorders

Gina is our general dental assistant with particular expertise and vast experience in treating patients with temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD). Gina has the ability to explain the most technical aspects of TMD in terms that our patients embrace and understand.

As a dental assistant, Gina has gained broad experience utilizing her dental certification and x-ray license. She finds her work rewarding and is a true asset to our dental practice.

A long time resident of Monmouth County, she has been working with Dr. Wagner since she was 19 years old. Both she and Dr. Wagner trained with the same mentor and have spent decades growing the TMD component of the practice together.

Kathy HungerbuhlerDental Assistant (CDA)

Kathy brings nearly 40 years of experience in the dental industry and she has found her knack in helping very fearful patients relax and overcome their fears. She has over and over again taking petrified patients from tears to having a positive experience with dentistry and that brings Kathy so much joy.

When she’s not talking patients off a cliff, she is enjoying nature, reading a great book, staying healthy through cooking, fitness and nutrition.
